I once was lost but now am found, Was blind, but now I see. ~Amazing Grace

Sometimes clarity whispers to us while sitting in a near empty restaurant when the door opens and through the flash of blinding light she floats into the room haloed like an angel and your heart skips a beat

Sometimes clarity peaks orange on the horizon in smoky breaths exhaled in deeply chilled mountain air as the birds twitter morning praises and trees sway in the blustery winds

Sometimes clarity taps on our shoulder while exploring tunnels four stories beneath the crust of the earth in ancient dwellings with floors scraped smooth by millennia of shuffling feet

Sometimes clarity awakens us in the smell of a loved one’s hair as she is nestled comfortably on our chest breathing the steady breaths of deep slumber.

Sometimes clarity comes during breakfast in a local diner after a long absence when brown eyes smile cutting through the din generated by a crowd eagerly stuffing their faces with sunny side up eggs and crispy bacon

It took me 8000 miles and months of separation to finally understand she is the answer to many murmured prayers and to finally acquire clarity allowing me to know she is my soul mate and I want to walk heart in heart with her into the sunset of our lives.

  1. Beautiful words for deep emotions. Distance does help to clarify our inner-most feelings!

Love it Now

Love is ever-present within our own Being but we might not feel it until we live in the Now. "Love it Now" was created to share ideas about loving and being present in the here and now. Enjoy!
