The Cave Hotel

Frozen Memories

Without a doubt, the coolest hotel where I have ever put head to pillow, was this hotel in Cappadocia Turkey. Like the ancient cave homes, the rooms in this hotel were little caves albeit with much better amenities than those for which they were modeled. We had hot and cold running water along with power to charge up our electronic devices. The proprietors were incredibly friendly and even awoke extra early the morning of our departure to make us breakfast well before the restaurant was to be opened for service.
