Cave Temple

Frozen Memories

Rock Cut Cave Temple Rock Cut Cave Temple

This temple is carved into solid rock, granite I am told. It’s ancient. Inscriptions point to the 7th century. We were able to see this temple because we had befriended one of the drivers attached to the hotel. The drivers at the hotel rotate so each gets an equal chance at the customers. On this day, the driver told us that we were an answer to his prayers. Looking back on this wonderful day that ended at the cave temple, I would say that it was Irene and I that received the benefit of his prayers.
