Frozen Memories

Mon Ami, Patrick Mon Ami, Patrick

This is Patrick the colleague that invited me to spend time with him and his wonderful family in Thailand. It is a trip that holds a prime spot in the annals of my memory. He is truly a man of the world having grown up in France near the German border, spent time working in Africa, currently lives in the USA, and is married to a Thai woman. He speaks three languages fluently and can get by in others. On this trip, I also learned we both have a penchant for reading Japanese literature. He has a wonderfully positive outlook on life and welcomed me as if I was part of his family.
